Receive them fresh!
Once our team harvest the fresh truffles, we’ll make a perfect package so that the truffle can remain fresh and give you all the aromas and flavours.In a styrofoam box and with ice packs inside the truffles will remain in the same condition as they were when we picked them. In 24-48 hours, they will be at your door.
Keep them Fresh! - Storage:
To keep your truffles fresh we recommend the instructions below:
Wrap each truffle in a clean absorbent cotton fabric and then place them inside a closed jar in the fridge. (temperature +2°C/6°C)
Please change the cotton fabric every day.
Before the moment you eat them, we recommend to be washed with water and brushed under the tap. Don’t use hot water!
Dry them well with a kitchen cloth or paper towel.
Then they are ready to be consumed!
