Description

Unveil the culinary treasure of White Truffle Borchii, a delicacy akin to its renowned counterpart, the White Autumn Truffle (Tuber Magnatum), yet with its own unique charm. While slightly less intense in aroma and flavor, this truffle exudes a robust garlic aroma that tantalizes the senses, releasing its full bouquet moments after being cut. Transforming even the simplest of dishes into extraordinary feasts, the White Truffle Borchii infuses each bite with a bold and garlicky taste sensation.

Distinguished by its smooth, pale skin ranging from ochre to reddish hues, this truffle boasts flesh that is light to buff-colored, occasionally tinged with brown, adorned with prominent white veins. Thriving amidst forests adorned with pine and kermes trees, these truffles flourish in specific terrains, imparting their unique character to every harvest.

Though petite in size, akin to a hazelnut, the White Truffle packs a punch of flavor that elevates any recipe to gourmet status. Indulge in the garlicky goodness of this exquisite truffle and discover a world of culinary possibilities with our curated collection of recipes.
